About Patchskill
Patchskill is the Duolingo for professionals—structured around 5-minute lessons in multimedia formats with interactive digital exercises. These lessons are organized into thematic sections, which together form courses of 30 lessons each. Courses are then structured into deep learning tracks, with 90-lesson paths designed to be completed in 2.5 hours of listening and 2.5 hours of digital self-work. With a physical gathering and a report-writing session, a full track corresponds to 25 study hours—equal to one informal study credit in Norway.
Our focus is industry- and role-specific learning, ensuring relevance, engagement, and immediate practical application. Unlike expensive MBAs or time-consuming degree programs, Patchskill is for everyone—from frontline employees to executives. No prerequisites required, just your experience and curiosity about the future.
We also believe that learning should be fun and social. That’s why we incorporate gamification with streaks, badges and certificates, and the ability to follow friends and colleagues—because learning is more effective when it’s engaging, competitive, and community-driven. As a registered student on our learning platform, you will be able to track your progress on a personal dashboard and share your awards with friends and colleagues.
