About Patchskill

Patchskill is the Duolingo for professionals—built around short, focused lessons that fit into everyday life.
Each lesson takes just 5 minutes, combining audio, text, and interactive exercises.

Lessons are grouped into modules of 30 lessons. One module takes about 2.5 hours of listening and 2.5 hours of self-work to complete. Three modules form a course of 90 lessons, corresponding to 7.5 hours of listening and 7.5 hours of digital self-work. With an optional gathering and a short report-writing session, each course equals about 25 study hours—equivalent in time and effort to one formal study credit in Norway.

Patchskill focuses on industry- and role-specific learning, ensuring direct relevance and immediate practical use. Unlike expensive MBAs or time-consuming degree programs, Patchskill is accessible to everyone—from frontline employees to executives. No prerequisites required—only your experience and curiosity about the future.

Learning should also be fun and social. That’s why Patchskill uses gamification with streaks, badges, and certificates, as well as social features that let you follow colleagues and friends. As a registered learner, you can track progress on a personal dashboard and share achievements with others—because learning lasts longer when it’s engaging, collaborative, and motivating.
