About this module:
Sustainability has moved from the margins to the center of business strategy. This module explains the external pressures that make it unavoidable: climate risks, shifting economies, rising social expectations, and tightening global regulations. You will learn how these forces affect risk, resilience, and competitiveness, and why boards and executives are under greater scrutiny from investors, regulators, and society. The module connects global challenges to practical leadership choices, giving you the context needed to act with clarity and foresight. By the end, you will understand why sustainability is not just a reputational issue, but a core driver of business resilience in a volatile world.
